Pantech Pocket (AT&T)

The Pantech Pocket is a unique, entry-level Android smartphone for AT&T. Featuring a 4:3 aspect ratio 4-inch display, the Pocket sports a different form-factor than most other smartphones, and almost looks like a mini tablet. As a consequence of its unique size, the Pocket can be difficult to operate with one hand, as it is hard to reach across the screen with one’s thumb. Inside, the Pocket is powered by a single-core, 1GHz processor and 512MB RAM, which provided snappy if not mind-blowing performance with Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread and Pantech’s custom user interface. The Pocket also has a 5 megapixel camera with 720p video, but it lacks an LED flash. AT&T will offer the Pocket for $49.99 when it goes on sale on November 20.
