Sony VAIO Flip 15 Review

Sony Vaio Flip 15, a 15.5″ Windows 8 convertible Ultrabook. This is the largest Flip model and it’s a thin and light mainstream laptop that works well as a main PC. We look at the $1,249 configuration with a full HD Triluminos display, Intel Core i7-4500U 4th gen Haswell CPU, 8 gigs of DDR3 RAM and a hybrid 1TB HDD with a 16 gig NAND flash cache. This has a dual digitizer with 10 point multi-touch and an N-Trig active digitizer (pen sold separately). The machine has switchable graphics with Intel HD 4400 integrated graphics and NVIDIA GeForce 735M dedicated graphics with 2 gigs VRAM. It has a backlit keyboard, single band Intel WiFi N-7260, Bluetooth 4.0 and NFC. RAM, HDD and wireless card are upgradable.
